EMCD Wallet brings together the core coin operations in a single account. Available features depend on your country, identity verification level, coin, network, and platform.
Receiving and transferring coins
You can receive coins to your wallet address and Transfer them to an external wallet or another EMCD wallet. For every transfer, you must Select the correct network.
Before confirming a withdrawal, the interface displays the Network fee and the final amount. Free withdrawals are available for some coins.

Transfers by email or phone number
You can Transfer coins to another EMCD user by email or phone number. The recipient does not need to have an account yet. In that case, they will receive an invitation, and the funds will remain available to claim for a limited period.
Internal transfers do not require you to Select a network, and no Network fee is charged.
These transfers are only available between EMCD users. The funds are credited to the recipient's Main account.

Coin conversion
In the Converter, you can select the coin you want to sell, the coin you want to receive, review the preliminary calculation, and confirm the operation. Coin conversion uses the Main account.
The Rate is valid for a limited time. Before confirming the operation, check the final amount and the fee.

Buying and selling coins for fiat
Through available payment providers, you can:
buy coins using a bank card or another local Payment method;
sell supported coins and receive fiat currency to a bank card or bank account.
Available Payment methods, currencies, fees, limits, and identity verification requirements depend on the provider and your country.

Working with different accounts
The Main account, Mining account, and Trading account help separate funds by purpose. The card balance is used exclusively for purchases made with your payment card.

Transaction history and reports
In your transaction history, you can view incoming and outgoing operations, internal transfers, fees, and statuses. On the website, you can also request a report for a selected period and receive it by email.

Other features
EMCD Wallet also includes contacts and a list of recent recipients. These features help you quickly select previously used wallet addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
What should I do if I have a problem?
If a feature is unavailable, check your account country, identity verification status, selected coin, and whether the feature is supported on your platform. Some features may not be available in certain regions.
If the operation has already been created, first check its status in your transaction history. When contacting EMCD Support, provide the operation type, coin, amount, time, and operation ID.
