With EMCD Wallet, you can buy coins with fiat currency or sell coins and receive a payout through an available payment provider. Available Payment methods depend on your country, currency, platform, and identity verification status.
This feature is used for topping up and withdrawing funds from your Main account. It is not intended for topping up your payment card.
How to buy coins
Open Assets on the website or Home in the app.
Select Top up → From a bank card.
Enter the fiat currency, amount, and the coin you want to receive.
Select an available provider and Payment method.
Check the Rate, all fees, and the final amount you will receive.
Review the Terms of Use and confirm your acceptance.
Complete identity verification with the provider if required.
Confirm the payment through your bank or the payment provider.
Check that the funds have been credited in your EMCD Wallet transaction history.
How to sell coins and receive fiat
Open Assets on the website or Home in the app.
Select Withdraw → To a bank card.
Enter the coin, fiat currency, and amount.
Select an available Payment method.
Check the Rate, fee, and final payout amount.
Review the Terms of Use and confirm your acceptance.
Enter the Payment details requested by the provider.
Complete identity verification with the provider if required.
Confirm the operation.
Once confirmed, the operation may no longer be canceled. Do not repeat it until you have checked its status.
Which providers are available
The list of available providers depends on your country and the selected operation. You can always view the available providers before confirming the operation.
Why the amount may change
Before you confirm the operation, the following may change:
the market Rate;
the payment provider's fee;
the Network fee;
the bank or acquirer's fee;
the available limits.
Always refer to the final calculation displayed by the selected provider immediately before confirming the operation.
What should I do if I have a problem?
If the funds have been charged from your bank card but the coins have not been credited, check the operation status and any email from the provider. Do not create another payment.
When contacting EMCD Support, prepare your EMCD operation ID, the provider's operation ID, the date, amount, currency, and proof of the card charge that does not reveal the full card number.
If the issue is related to identity verification or a payout to a bank card, the provider may request additional information or documents.
