With EMCD Wallet, you can receive coins to your wallet address and transfer them to an external wallet address or to another user using an EMCD wallet address. Before making a transfer, make sure that both the sender and the recipient are using the same coin and network.
How to receive coins
Open Assets on the website or Home in the app.
Select Top up → By wallet address.
Select the coin and network.
Confirm that you have selected the correct coin and network.
Copy the wallet address or show the QR code to the sender.
Verify the coin and network one more time before the transfer is sent.
Some coins support multiple networks.
A wallet address from one network cannot be used on another network, even if the coin name is the same. If funds are sent through the wrong network, they may not be credited automatically. In some cases, manual recovery is not possible.
When the deposit will appear in your balance
First, the transaction must be included in the blockchain and receive the required number of confirmations. The processing time depends on the coin, the network, and current network congestion. You can check the status using the transaction hash in a blockchain explorer.
After that, the transaction undergoes a mandatory AML check before it is credited to your EMCD Wallet.

Blockchain transactions are not processed instantly. If your funds have not arrived within a few minutes, the transaction most likely has not yet received the required number of confirmations.
On average, the entire process—from sending the transaction to receiving the funds—takes about 30 minutes.
For example, USDT transactions are usually credited faster because of the shorter block confirmation time on the selected network. On the BTC network, each block takes about 10 minutes to confirm, so deposits may take longer.
How to transfer coins to an external wallet address
Open Assets on the website or Home in the app.
Select Withdraw → By wallet address.
Select the coin and network.
Enter the recipient's wallet address.
Select the withdrawal method in the Arrival time field. The selected option determines the Network fee.
Enter the amount.
Check the amount to be received, the Network fee, the coin, the network, and the wallet address.
Confirm the operation and enter your 2FA code.
The system only validates the wallet address format. It cannot verify whether the address belongs to the intended recipient. Once the transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be canceled.
Network fees and withdrawal methods
An urgent withdrawal is subject to a Network fee. The current fee is displayed before you confirm the operation and may change depending on network congestion.
Free withdrawals are also available for some coins. They take longer to process.
How to check the result
Open your transaction history and select the required transfer. The details include:
amount and coin;
Network fee;
wallet address;
date and status;
transaction hash with a link to the blockchain explorer.
The Processing status means that the operation has not yet been completed. Do not create another withdrawal until you have confirmed that the previous one did not fail.
What should I do if I have a problem?
If your deposit has not been credited, check the transaction hash, network, wallet address, and number of confirmations. If the status does not change for an extended period, contact EMCD Support and provide the transaction details.
If the funds were sent through the wrong network or without the required memo or tag, contact EMCD Support as soon as possible. Provide the coin, amount, network, wallet address, transaction hash, and the time of the operation. The possibility of recovery depends on the specific case and cannot be guaranteed.
