  1. What’s the difference between EMCD and another pools?

    • EMCD is the largest pool in Eastern Europe with a capacity of more than 1.6 EH/s. We offer one of the best commissions on the market of mining popular cryptocurrencies, minimum payment thresholds and the ability to receive daily accruals.   1. How can I calculate the estimated income knowing the equipment?

  2. Why can't I see my workers on the EMCD pool?

    • The equipment takes 7-15 minutes to update the data on the first balls received by the pool. As soon as this happens, the equipment will be displayed on the site.

    • If the equipment does not appear on the site within 15 to 20 minutes, then contact our support service for help (via [email protected]).

  3. Which stratum server should I connect to?

    • For many of our mining pools, there are several URLs that you can connect your miners to. To improve connectivity and reduce latency (ping), we recommend that our miners connect to the region URL.

  4. What should I do if there are more than one device?

  5. Why is the rejection rate so high?

    • Most often the problem occurs due to a high ping, check the speed of the Internet connection. RG (rejection rate) ~ up to 2%

  7. What is merged mining?

  1. What is Watcher-link? How to use it?

    • Watcher-link shows statistics for all your workers online. To use this service, get an API key in the "Settings" section of your personal account, then go to https://emcdpool.com/pool/watcher/ and insert the API key.

  2. How do I add a subaccount?

  3. Why is the hashrate on the board lower than my local hashrate?

    • This is due to the fact that the pool does not work with hashes, it works with with shares, which, in turn, represent a statistical value. Based on the data sent by your workers for a certain period of time, the pool calculates and compiles a graph and hashrate statistics. The hashrate is used to inform and simplify the calculation of profitability, but in fact the pool makes accruals for the sent shares.

  4. How can I view my mining information?

  5. Why does the indicator near “My worker” is lit up yellow?

    • This means that the hourly hashrate is 30% lower than the daily hashrate. Check the connection speed or the "lstime" column in the "Miner Status" section. If the last share was formed more than 3-5 minutes ago, then presumably the Asic is "frozen".

  6. Why has the difficulty changed, but there are still no changes in the calculator?

    • The calculator shows the predicted data based on the profit of the pool for the day, so the actual cost for 1 TH/s can be viewed only 24 hours after the change in complexity.

  4. What happens if I don't specify a wallet for payment?

    • The funds will not go anywhere, but will stay on your account until you specify the wallet. NOTE: After specifying the wallet, the withdrawal will not be available for 24 hours for security reasons

  5. How can I protect my account?

    • To protect your account from various attacks, we highly recommend using the following security features: Two-factor Authentication (2FA): After the initial setup, you will need to use 2FA every time you make important changes to your account.

  6. How to enable Sms 2FA?

    • What is sms 2FA?

    It is the functionality of authorization confirmation via SMS. Our team has implemented this tool to secure your account. First of all, thanks to this method of protection, you can be sure that only you have access to your account. Protect your account by enabling two-factor authentication. You can choose one of the two available two-factor authentication methods: by phone number or using Google Authenticator.

    • How do I enable it?

      To enable two-factor authentication by phone number, do the following:

      1. Open “Settings”

      2. Scroll down to "Two-Factor Authentication"

      3. Confirm your phone number or enter it if you did not enter it before.

      4. Then, enter the code from SMS

      5. Move the "Confirmation by phone number" slider

      6. Congratulations! Your account now has additional protection. The next time you log into your account, you will receive an SMS to the specified number with a code that will need to be entered in the modal window that appears.

      Attention!

      Only one 2fa method can be active at a time (Google 2fa/SMS 2fa)

  7. How can I disable 2FA?

    • You can do it by yourself via setting.

    • If you cant do so please send an email to [email protected] from the email address to which the account is registered, with a detailed description of the situation.

  8. How do I change my password?

  9. What is promo code and how it works?

    • What is the promo code?

      The promo code is a special service from EMCD that allows you to get special terms for the company's products for a certain period.

    • How to activate the promo code?

      • The promo code can be activated in the "Settings" section in the personal account of the mining pool, next to the API key field

      • If the promo code is not valid or if its status is inactive, a pop-up message “The promo code is not valid” or “The validity period of the promo code has expired” will appear in a pop-up window.

      Some promo codes can be used together with the promotional code that the user currently has.

    • How will I know whether the promo code has been activated?

      After entering the promo code, a pop-up window will display the message “Promo code has been successfully applied”. To complete activation, click on the "Apply" button.

    • How can I view my activated promo codes?

      • After the promo code has been activated, all information will be displayed in the "Activated promo codes" section.

    • Do promo codes have an expiration date?

      Each promo code has its own terms of use, so be sure to read all the information provided about the code before applying it in your personal account.

    • What should I do if the promo code doesn't work?

      • Make sure you have entered the promo code correctly

        • You need to enter the code exactly as you received it, without spaces. Enter or copy the code in the "Settings" section in the personal account of the mining pool.

      • Do not forget to click on the "Confirm" button

  10. Custom notifications

    • Wallets are an essential addition to the EMCD infrastructure.

    • Automatic withdrawal

      • Now you can "mine" directly to EMCD wallets. Funds are received immediately after accruals, you do not have to wait for the standard payout time.

    1. Go to settings(Click currency of your choice (1) on the top right of the web-page, after that go to the settings)

    2. Find the "Payouts" window

    3. Check the box "Use EMCD Wallet" (2)

    4. Click "Save".

Payouts

  1. How can I view my balance and mining income?

    • Payments on BTC, BCH, LTC, DOGE, DASH, ETC and KAS coins are made daily between 16:00 and 17:00 (GMT+3) during the day (GMT+3).

  6. Why didn't I get my daily payment?

    • If you see in your personal account that the payment on the pool has passed, but your wallet is empty, then first of all you need to check whether there is a transaction in the blockchain using txid. If there is a transaction, wait for the required number of network confirmations. If there is no transaction, and the coins are debited from the wallet, contact technical support.

  7. Can I suspend payments?

  8. Do I have to pay a transaction fee on my payouts?

  9. What happens if my wallet address changes?
