The EMCD pool operates under a non-custodial architecture: mined cryptocurrency is not held in platform custodial balances, but is transferred automatically directly to your designated external wallet address once your minimum payout threshold is reached (cl. 4.11 ToS).
Payout Schedule and Processing Times
Payouts are usually sent every day between 13:00–14:00 UTC, unless a different time is shown in your account. Sometimes they may take a little longer.
The pool doesn't deduct the network fee for payouts. The pool fee still applies when your reward is calculated.
We start preparing payout transactions at 12:00 UTC.
At this point, your payout history shows the transaction without a TxID.
The TxID (hash) appears in your payout transaction later, after we broadcast the transaction to the network.
If you haven't received your free payout, check the possible reasons below.
What is the minimum amount of coins I need for a free mining payout?
A free payout to your wallet goes through when the payout amount exceeds the minimum payout threshold.
Check how many coins you have and compare the amount with the table below:
Coin | Ticker | Minimum amount of coins for a payout |
Bitcoin | BTC | 0.0001 BTC |
Bitcoin Cash | BCH | 0.0001 BCH |
Dash | DASH | 0.0001 DASH |
Fractal Bitcoin | FB | 0.05 FB |
Dogecoin | DOGE | 1 DOGE |
Ethereum Classic | ETC | 0.1 ETC |
Litecoin | LTC | 0.0001 LTC |
Kaspa | KAS | 50 KAS |
Pepecoin | PEP | 10 000 PEP |
Zcash | ZEC | 0.001 ZEC |

Where can I see a successful payout?
In your account, go to Payouts and check the transaction for today's date. If we've sent the payout, you see the transaction hash.
Why didn't my payout go through?
Check the following:
1. Have I confirmed the wallet setup or change using the link in my email?
Your payout doesn't go through until you confirm the wallet setup or change using the link in your email.
2. When did I change my payout wallet address?
If you recently changed or set up your payout wallet address, we put payouts on hold for 24 hours after the change for security (cl. 4.7 ToS).
Example:
You set up a new payout wallet on January 1 at 15:00 UTC.
We put payouts on hold for 24 hours for security, from January 1 at 15:00 UTC to January 2 at 15:00 UTC.
By the time the hold ends on January 2 at 15:00 UTC, we've already sent the free payouts for January 2 between 13:00 and 14:00 UTC.
So we send your payout only on January 3 between 13:00 and 14:00 UTC.
3. Is my payout under review?
We may suspend or reject a payout while it's under review during automated risk screenings, sanctions reviews, or security audits. Sometimes a different address is needed to receive it (cl. 2.6, 6.9 ToS).
4. Does the amount of coins exceeds the minimum payout threshold?
If you have less than the minimum amount, your payout doesn't go through.
If you change the minimum payout threshold, your payout only goes through once the amount of coins exceeds the minimum threshold you set.
Example:
You set the minimum payout threshold to 0.001 BTC on January 1 at 09:00 UTC.
Your payout amount is 0.00099 BTC.
Your payout amount is below the minimum payout threshold, so you don't receive a free payout on January 1 between 13:00 and 14:00 UTC. In this case, you receive a payout when your payout amount reaches the minimum threshold you set.
5. Has my payout transaction received network confirmations?
You need to wait for the network to confirm the transaction before the coins arrive in your wallet.
Network confirmation is an automatic process that depends on the coin's network.
After we send your payout, you receive a notification and can see the payout transaction ID — TxID — in Payouts. You can use this ID to check your transaction on the blockchain.
Once the transaction receives network confirmations, the coins arrive in your wallet. You can ask your wallet's support team how many confirmations you need.
If your payout transaction has received the required number of confirmations but still hasn't appeared in your wallet, contact your wallet's support team.
Claims about unpaid or incorrectly paid rewards are accepted only within two days of the date the payout was sent or was due to be sent (cl. 4.8 ToS).
I accidentally sent coins to another wallet. Can I get them back?
No, the blockchain doesn't allow you to cancel transactions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your destination addresses; the pool is not liable for losses resulting from user-provided address errors (cl. 4.19 of the Terms of Service).
