The EMCD pool operates under a non-custodial model: the platform does not hold user balances or provide custodial wallet accounts. All rewards for submitted valid shares are calculated mathematically and transferred automatically to your designated external wallet address once your minimum payout threshold is reached (cl. 4.11 ToS).
What can I see on the dashboard?
In Dashboard — on the web and in the app — you can see:
Actual rewards for the previous day of mining.
Estimated rewards for today — based on the previous day's network profitability and your current hashrate.
Payout amount — rewards that have not been transferred to your payout address.

They do not constitute financial advice or guarantees of future payouts. Actual rewards are determined by network conditions and submitted valid shares, and may be higher or lower than projected figures.
What period do my rewards cover?
We calculate rewards for the previous day of mining — from 00:00 the previous day to 00:00 today, UTC.
When is the amount I mine finalized?
We finalize the amount mined for the previous day at 00:00 today, UTC.
When do I receive my rewards?
Accruals for the previous day usually take place between 06:00 and 9:00 UTC, though delays are possible.
Why do my estimated and actual rewards differ?
Estimated rewards show the expected amount for today. We calculate them using the previous day's network profitability, taking difficulty and fees into account.
We calculate actual rewards after the calculation period ends, when we update the network profitability data and complete the final calculation.
The final figure incorporates real-time network difficulty adjustments, actual network transaction fees (for FPPS and PPS+), blocks successfully found by the pool (for PPLNS), and the precise volume of valid shares submitted by your equipment (cl. 4.15 ToS).
So the actual amount can be higher or lower than the estimate.
Example:
On the 17th, your estimated rewards are 0.00123456 BTC. We calculate them using your average hashrate and the profitability for the 16th.
At 00:00 (UTC) on the 18th, we finalize the amount mined for the 17th — from 00:00 on the 17th to 00:00 on the 18th.
After updating the network profitability data for the 17th, we complete the final calculation. Your actual rewards for the 17th are 0.00130000 BTC — higher than the previous day's estimate.
Example:
On the 24th, your estimated reward is 0.00123456 BTC. We calculate it using your average hashrate and the profitability for the 23rd.
At 00:00 UTC on the 25th, we finalize the amount mined for the 24th — from 03:00 on the 24th to 00:00 on the 25th UTC.
Network difficulty increased on the 24th, so after we update the network profitability data, the final calculation is lower. Your actual reward for the 24th is 0.00110000 BTC — lower than the previous day’s estimate.
Why are my rewards low even though I started mining yesterday?
On the first day, we calculate rewards in proportion to how long your hardware runs before we finalize the amount mined.
Example:
You start mining at 20:00 (UTC) on the 20th. At 00:00 on the 21st, we finalize the amount mined.
You receive rewards for four hours of mining — from 20:00 on the 20th to 00:00 on the 21st.
The next day, you receive rewards for a full period — from 00:00 on the 21st to 00:00 on the 22nd.
Payouts
How does an accrual differ from a payout?
Accrual: the calculation of your reward.
Payout: the actual on-chain blockchain transaction transferring the accumulated cryptocurrency directly to your external wallet address (cl. 4.11 ToS).
When do I receive payouts?
Payouts are normally sent between 13:00 and 14:00 UTC, unless otherwise specified in your account. This is the standard window, not a guarantee, so delays are possible.
Why didn't my payout to wallet go through?
Check the following:
Did I recently change my wallet address?
Payouts to the new address will start no earlier than 24 hours after you add it to safeguard user funds against unauthorized modifications (cl. 4.7 ToS).
Example:
You set up your payout wallet at 15:00 (UTC) on the 20th. The hold lasts until 15:00 on the 21st.
If the payout window on the 21st has already passed (for example, at 13:30), we send the funds the next day — between 13:00 and 14:00 (UTC).
Have I reached the minimum payout threshold?
Payouts are sent only when your accruals meet or exceed your minimum threshold.
Example:
You set the minimum payout threshold to 0.1 BTC. Your payout amount is 0.099 BTC.
Since this amount is below the threshold, you don't receive a payout that day. We only send it once you reach the threshold you set.
No external Payout Address configured?
If you mine without entering an external payout address, rewards continue to accrue in your account records. The handling, storage periods, and claim conditions for unassigned rewards are strictly governed by clause 3.9 of the Terms of Service. Always configure your external wallet address before connecting hardware.
Claims about unpaid or incorrectly paid rewards are accepted only within two days of the date the payout was sent or was due to be sent (cl. 4.8 ToS).
My payout went through, but the funds don't appear in my wallet
Go to History → Payouts, find the transaction you need, and click View on blockchain.
On the blockchain transaction page, check the Status field. The funds appear in your wallet after 3–5 network confirmations (the number of confirmations depends on the transfer amount).
Wait for the blockchain network to confirm the blocks.
