What can I see on the dashboard?
In Dashboard — on the web and in the app — you can see:
Actual rewards for the previous day of mining
Estimated rewards for today — based on the previous day's network profitability and your current hashrate
Payout amount — rewards in your mining account that have not yet been transferred to an external wallet
What period do my rewards cover?
We calculate rewards for the previous day of mining — from 00:00 the previous day to 00:00 today, UTC.
When is the amount I mine finalized?
We finalize the amount mined for the previous day at 00:00 today, UTC.
When do I receive my rewards?
For all coins, we credit the previous day's rewards between 06:00 and 09:00 today, UTC.
Why do my estimated and actual rewards differ?
Estimated rewards show the expected amount for today. We calculate them using the previous day's network profitability, taking difficulty and fees into account.
We calculate actual rewards after the calculation period ends, when we update the network profitability data and complete the final calculation.
So the actual amount can be higher or lower than the estimate.
Example:
On the 17th, your estimated rewards are 0.00123456 BTC. We calculate them using your average hashrate and the profitability for the 16th.
At 00:00 (UTC) on the 18th, we finalize the amount mined for the 17th — from 00:00 on the 17th to 00:00 on the 18th.
After updating the network profitability data for the 17th, we complete the final calculation.
Your actual rewards for the 17th are 0.00130000 BTC — higher than the previous day's estimate.
Why are my rewards low even though I started mining yesterday?
On the first day, we calculate rewards in proportion to how long your hardware runs before we finalize the amount mined.
Example:
You start mining at 20:00 (UTC) on the 20th. At 00:00 on the 21st, we finalize the amount mined.
You receive rewards for four hours of mining — from 20:00 on the 20th to 00:00 on the 21st.
The next day, you receive rewards for a full period — from 00:00 on the 21st to 00:00 on the 22nd.
Payouts
How does a payout differ from a reward?
A reward is a calculation of the coins you earn. A payout is a transfer to the external wallet you specify in settings.
When do I receive payouts?
Every day from 12:00 to 14:00, UTC.
Why didn't my payout to an external wallet go through?
Check the following:
Did I recently change my wallet address?
After you change the address, we put payouts to the new wallet on hold for 24 hours for security.
Example:
You set up your payout wallet at 15:00 (UTC) on the 20th. The hold lasts until 15:00 on the 21st.
If the payout window on the 21st has already passed (for example, at 13:30), we send the funds the next day — between 12:00 and 14:00 (UTC).
Have I reached the minimum payout threshold?
We only send a payout once you reach the minimum threshold you set.
Example:
You set the minimum withdrawal threshold to 0.1 BTC. Your mining account balance is 0.099 BTC.
Since your balance is below the threshold, you don't receive a payout that day. We only send it once you reach the threshold you set.
My payout went through, but the funds don't appear in my wallet
Go to History → Payouts, find the transaction you need, and click View on blockchain.
On the blockchain transaction page, check the Status field. The funds appear in your external wallet after 3–5 network confirmations (the number of confirmations depends on the transfer amount).
