Free mining payouts to external wallet

Learn when payouts arrive and how many coins you need

Every day from 12:00 to 14:00 UTC. We broadcast payout transactions to the network during this time.

We start preparing payout transactions at 12:00 UTC.

At this point, we deduct the coins from your mining account, and your payout history shows the deduction without a TxID.

The TxID (hash) appears in your payout transaction later, after we broadcast the transaction to the network

If you haven't received your free payout, check the possible reasons below.

What is the minimum amount of coins I need for a free mining payout?

A free payout to your external wallet goes through when the amount of coins in your mining account exceeds the minimum payout threshold.

Check how many coins you have and compare the amount with the table below:

Where can I see a successful payout?

In your account, go to Payouts and check the transaction for today's date. If we've sent the payout, you see the transaction hash.

Why didn't my payout go through?

Check the following:

1. Have I confirmed the external wallet setup or change using the link in my email?

Your payout doesn't go through until you confirm the external wallet setup or change using the link in your email.

2. When did I change my payout wallet address?

If you recently changed or set up your external payout wallet address, we put payouts on hold for 24 hours after the change for security.

Example:

  1. You set up a new payout wallet on January 1 at 15:00 UTC

  2. We put payouts on hold for 24 hours for security, from January 1 at 15:00 UTC to January 2 at 15:00 UTC

  3. By the time the hold ends on January 2 at 15:00 UTC, we've already sent the free payouts for January 2 between 12:00 and 14:00 UTC

  4. So we send your payout only on January 3 between 13:00 and 14:00 UTC

3. Does the amount of coins in my mining account exceed the minimum payout threshold?

If you have less than the minimum amount, your payout doesn't go through.

If you change the minimum payout threshold, your payout only goes through once the amount of coins exceeds the minimum threshold you set.

Example:

  1. You set the minimum withdrawal threshold to 0.001 BTC on January 1 at 09:00 UTC

  2. Your mining account balance is 0.00099 BTC

  3. Your balance is below the minimum payout threshold, so you don't receive a free payout on January 1 between 12:00 and 14:00 UTC. In this case, you receive a payout when your mining account balance reaches the minimum threshold you set

4. Has my payout transaction received network confirmations?

You need to wait for the network to confirm the transaction before the coins arrive in your external wallet.

Network confirmation is an automatic process that depends on the coin's network

After we send your payout, you receive a notification and can see the payout transaction ID — TxID — in Payouts. You can use this ID to check your transaction on the blockchain. To learn how, read our article How to find your transaction status in a blockchain explorer.

Once the transaction receives network confirmations, the coins arrive in your external wallet. You can ask your external wallet's support team how many confirmations you need.

If your payout transaction has received the required number of confirmations but still hasn't appeared in your external wallet, contact your external wallet's support team

I accidentally sent coins to another wallet. Can I get them back?

No, the blockchain doesn't allow you to cancel transactions.
