When an advertisement can be edited
Editing is available if:
There are no active orders for the advertisement
No dispute is open for current orders
The ad is not under review or restricted by the system
If an order has already been created for the advertisement, its conditions cannot be changed. In this case, existing orders must be completed or canceled first.
What parameters can be edited
Depending on the ad type — buy or sell — the following can typically be updated:
Price or pricing formula: fixed price or floating (linked to the market rate)
Total cryptocurrency amount
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts
Available payment methods
Counterparty requirements (for example, verification status or minimum number of completed trades)
Welcome message text
After saving changes, updated conditions apply only to new orders. Existing orders continue under the original terms.
How to edit an advertisement
Go to P2P section and choose My Advertisements
Select the required advertisement
Click Edit
Update the available fields
Save the changes
If there is an active order, editing will not be available until it is completed.
How to hide an advertisement
Hiding temporarily removes the advertisement from listings and prevents new orders from being created.
This may be needed if:
There is no availability to process trades
Payment details have changed
The price needs to be updated
There is a need to stop incoming orders
To hide an ad:
Open the My Advertisements section
Find the required advertisement
Switch it to inactive status
The advertisement can be reactivated at any time.
Hide vs delete: key difference
Hide — temporary deactivation with the option to reactivate.
Delete — a permanent action, the ad must be created again.
Important notes
Changes do not apply to existing orders
Conditions cannot be changed during an active order
Before reactivating, ensure that the price and payment details are up to date
If the advertisement is disabled by the system, check account notifications and resolve any issues
