Requirements for Posting an Advertisement

To post an advertisement, the following requirements must be met:

  • Complete identity verification (KYC)

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

  • Have no active account restrictions

  • Use payment methods that comply with platform rules

Advertisements can be posted on the P2P platform only after all requirements are met.

Trade Terms in an Advertisement

When posting an advertisement, the key parameters of the transaction must be specified in advance.

Price and Limits

The user must set the price and ad and order limits — the minimum and maximum trade amount.

An ad limit defines the range of trade amounts within which an order can be created under that advertisement. A buyer will only be able to create an order within the specified minimum and maximum amounts.

Once an order is created, the price and limits are fixed and cannot be changed.

Payment Methods

Only payment methods that are actually available for sending or receiving funds should be listed in the advertisement.

During the order, only the payment method specified in the advertisement must be used.

If a party proposes changing the payment method or sharing different payment details through the chat during the order, this is considered a deviation from the advertisement terms. In the event of a dispute, the support team will rely on the payment methods originally specified in the advertisement.

Additional Terms

If necessary, users may include additional terms that are important for completing the order.

For example, a seller may request payment confirmation, such as a transfer receipt, after payment is made.

Additional terms must not contradict platform rules.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited when posting advertisements and conducting trades on EMCD P2P:

  • Arranging split payments outside the specified order limits

  • Changing the order conditions after it has been created, including currency, payment method, or price

  • Proposing to complete the transaction outside EMCD P2P

  • Sharing external contacts or links

  • Requiring actions that are not supported by platform rules

All agreements must take place exclusively within the order using the built-in chat.

If suspicious activity is detected, access to posting advertisements may be temporarily suspended until the review process is completed.
