Step 1. Go to the P2P section
Open the EMCD platform
From the side menu, select P2P
Switch to the Buy tab
Step 2. Set search parameters
To find a suitable advertisement, use the filters at the top of the page:
Select the cryptocurrency you want to buy (e.g., USDT)
Choose your fiat currency (e.g., USD)
if needed, select a specific payment method or leave All payment selected
The more precisely you set the filters, the faster you’ll find a suitable option.
Step 3. Choose an advertisement
In the list of active advertisements, review the following details:
Price per unit of cryptocurrency
Available limit and order limit
Accepted payment methods
Seller statistics — completed orders (30D), completion rate (30D), average release time, and days since the first order
These indicators help you assess the reliability of the counterparty.
Once you find a suitable offer, click Buy.
Step 4. Enter the order amount
In the order window, enter either:
The amount in fiat you want to spend, or
The amount of cryptocurrency you want to buy
The system will automatically calculate the corresponding value.
Before confirming your order, review:
The price
The order limit
The selected payment method
The maker's terms
Important: The maker's terms listed in the advertisement are part of the agreement. If they do not suit you, do not create the order — choose another advertisement.
If everything is correct, click Buy. Your order will be created.
Step 5. Make the payment
After the order is created, you will see the seller’s payment details.
Transfer the funds exactly as specified, using the selected payment method.
Make sure you have enough time before the order expires to:
Complete the transfer
Return to the order page
Click Confirm send.
Do not click Confirm send until the funds have actually been transferred.
Step 6. Wait for cryptocurrency release
Once the seller confirms receipt of payment, the cryptocurrency will be automatically credited to your balance.
The seller’s funds remain in escrow until the order is complete.
Communicate with the counterparty only through the order chat on the EMCD platform.
Important tips:
Send payment only within an active order and before it expires.
Use only the payment method specified in the advertisement.
Do not transfer funds after the order is canceled or has expired.
If any issues arise, file a dispute, and do not cancel the order prematurely.
