Referral Not Linked: What to Do

In some cases, a user may register using your referral link but not appear in your referral list after creating an account.

If this happens, contact EMCD support for review. To complete the referral linking process, the invited user must also contact support directly from the email address used to create their account.

In the support request, the invited user should:

  1. Briefly describe the issue;

  2. Provide the email address of the referrer they intended to link to.
