Official EMCD resources and security guidelines

Let's go over which official EMCD links you should use, and the basic safety rules that help protect your data and crypto

Updated this week

At EMCD we do everything we can to keep your data and crypto secure. However, phishing attempts have become more frequent: scammers create fake websites and social media accounts that look like official EMCD pages. To stay safe, always use official EMCD links and follow a few simple security rules.

Official EMCD domains

All communication and activity with EMCD should only take place through our official websites and apps:

Bookmark these addresses and always check the browser address bar before entering your login or password.

Official support and contact channels

EMCD support never contacts users first. We:

  • do not message users first in Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other messenger

  • never ask for your login, password, seed phrase, 2FA codes, or personal data

  • never send links through third-party chats

Support is provided only through:

In rare cases, our team may contact users for feedback or service improvements — only from our official Telegram account: @EMCDCXteam (+7 917 255 0228). Even then, we will never ask you to transfer funds or provide wallet access.

Official EMCD social media

Follow only verified accounts:

How to protect yourself

  • Do not click suspicious links, especially those sent by strangers or in messengers

  • Add official EMCD sites to bookmarks to avoid fake pages

  • Always check the sender’s address — official emails only come from @emcd.io

  • Enable 2FA and link your phone number in your profile

  • If in doubt, contact support through the website, app, or [email protected]

If you suspect fraud:

  • Stop all communication immediately

  • Do not click links and do not share any data

  • Report it to EMCD support via [email protected]

How a typical fraud scheme works

Fraudulent Telegram groups often appear. Such groups often promise giveaways or “high returns” and may ask you to:

  • go to a Telegram bot

  • send funds to a specific address

After sending the funds, scammers promise a return with a bonus, but your funds will be lost.

EMCD never asks users to send crypto to unknown addresses. The best response is to report the group and stop interacting.
