What is the Affiliate Program?
It’s an EMCD ecosystem program that lets you earn by bringing new users to the company’s products through tracking links.
What’s the difference between an EMCD account and an Affiliate Program account?
To become a partner, you need to create a separate account. You can use the same email address as in your EMCD account, but it’s better to set a different password for security.
Tracking link and domains
What is a tracking link?
A tracking link (or partner link) is a unique URL that allows the system to identify traffic and conversions coming from your account.
When a user clicks your link and completes a target action defined in the offer conditions (for example, a sign-up), the system automatically attributes this action to your account and calculates your reward.
How to find your tracking link
Log in to your Affiliate Dashboard
Open the Offers section and select All
Choose the offer you want to promote — for example, [CPA] EMCD Payout for Activation
Scroll down to the Tracking link section
Copy the link shown there — for example: https://click.trckhub.org/click?pid=XXXX&offer_id=1
Share this link across your traffic sources — websites, ads, or social media
Tracking domain
Each tracking link includes a tracking domain, such as click.trckhub.org. You can switch to another domain from the dropdown list if several are available. Alternative domains can be used to bypass ad-network restrictions, apply branded URLs, or separate traffic by source.
Changing the domain does not affect conversion tracking accuracy — all clicks and actions are still recorded correctly.
Sub accounts (Sub IDs)
Below your tracking link, you’ll find optional fields labeled Sub 1 – Sub 8. These fields help you tag traffic and analyze statistics by campaign or traffic source.
You can specify details such as:
Sub 1 — ad platform (Facebook, Telegram, Google, etc.);
Sub 2 — campaign or creative name;
Sub 3 — GEO or traffic type.
How to track the performance?
The Statistics section allows you to track your traffic performance — clicks, conversions, revenue, and offer dynamics.
You can analyze data by day, country, device, or traffic source, and export reports for deeper analysis.
Daily statistics
This page displays aggregated data for a selected period. You can use filters by offer, date, country, device, operating system, or subaccounts.
The page includes the following metrics:
Date — the selected time period.
Hosts — the number of unique clicks. Uniqueness is determined by browser, device, and a 24-hour interval.
Clicks — the total number of all clicks on your tracking links.
Impressions — the number of recorded impressions (if impression tracking is enabled).
Conversions — number of events by status:
Approved — confirmed conversions that generate a payout;
Pending — conversions waiting for verification;
Hold — conversions on hold;
Declined — rejected conversions.
Finances — total payout amount by conversion status.
CR / EPC — conversion rate and earnings per click.
You can apply filters and export data as a CSV file.
Conversion statistics
This section provides detailed information on each tracked conversion. By default, data is displayed for the last 7 days, but you can select any custom date range.
Available fields:
Date — date and time of the conversion.
Offer — the offer associated with the conversion.
Geo / IP — country, city, and IP address of the user.
Device — device type (desktop, mobile), OS, and browser version.
Status — conversion status (Approved, Pending, Hold, Declined).
Income — payout amount for the conversion.
Goal Name — the goal triggered by this conversion (e.g., registration, deposit).
Sub1–Sub8 — additional tracking parameters added to the link.
Useragent / Comment / ID — technical details and moderator comments.
Additional breakdowns
For deeper analytics, you can explore other sections:
Offers — statistics per offer;
Smartlinks — performance of smartlinks;
Devices / OS / Browsers — traffic breakdown by device and system;
Countries / Cities — traffic distribution by region;
Goals — goal-specific results (registration, deposit);
Sub-accounts — performance by your sub IDs and traffic sources.
Export
Any report can be exported using the Export button. The file will be downloaded in CSV format, containing all selected filters and metrics.
Alternative landing pages
How to send users to alternative landing pages
If you want to direct users not to the default page but to another product page — for example, EMCD Wallet, Payment Card, CoinHold, P2P, or any other available option — you can do this directly in your offer settings.
Open the desired offer in your affiliate dashboard.
In the Landings section, select the page you want to send traffic to.
Once selected, your tracking link will automatically update.
Example of a tracking link: https://click.trckhub.org/click?pid=1234&offer_id=1&l=1759819596 Here, l=1759819596 represents the landing page ID. After that, simply copy the updated tracking link and use it in your traffic source. All clicks and conversions will be properly tracked regardless of which landing page you choose.
Conversion status: HOLD
Why are my conversions in the HOLD status?
All new conversions in the EMCD Affiliate Program are initially assigned the HOLD status. This is a standard verification stage that allows our team to check the quality of traffic and ensure that all actions were completed by real users.
The HOLD period lasts 30 days from the moment the conversion is registered. After this period, each conversion is reviewed and assigned a final status:
Approved — the conversion has been verified and confirmed as valid. The reward will be credited.
Declined — the conversion has been found invalid (for example, due to fraud, duplicates, or incorrect data).
If a conversion is declined, our team may contact you to clarify details or provide additional information.
How to reset your password
You can restore your password in two ways:
Go to Reset password and follow the instructions on the page.
Or contact our team to recover your access manually.
