1. Order Creation
After a buy order is created:
The trade amount is fixed
The seller’s cryptocurrency is locked in escrow
A payment timer starts and is displayed in the order
The order must be paid within the specified time limit.
2. Payment Details Verification
Before sending funds, carefully verify the payment details provided in the order.
Payment details must only be provided within the order.
If the seller sends new payment details in the chat after the order is created, this should be treated as a risk. In such cases, opening a dispute is recommended.
Verify the following:
Payment method
Recipient name
Account / card / wallet details
Additional instructions
Only use the payment details provided in the order.
3. Payment Execution
Transfer the exact amount specified in the order.
Important:
Do not change the transfer amount
Do not split the payment into multiple transactions
Do not include cryptocurrency-related terms in the payment description
Do not send funds to payment details outside the order
The payment must be made from an account registered under the buyer’s name. Using third-party accounts may result in disputes or account restrictions.
4. Payment Confirmation
After sending the funds, click the Paid button.
This notifies the seller that the transfer has been completed. Without this confirmation, the seller may not review the payment promptly.
If necessary, an additional message may be sent in the order chat, but the primary confirmation method is the Paid button.
5. Seller Verification
The seller verifies receipt of the funds and confirms the payment.
After confirmation:
The cryptocurrency is credited to the buyer’s account
The order is completed
6. If issues arise
Open a dispute if:
The seller does not confirm receipt of the payment
The seller requests order cancellation after the funds have already been sent
The seller provides new payment details after the order is created
Support will review the payment information and the order chat. Until the dispute is resolved, the cryptocurrency remains locked in escrow.
Risks and restrictions
The order cannot be canceled after the Paid button is clicked
Payments made outside the order are not protected by the platform
A mismatch between the recipient name and the seller’s information increases the risk of financial loss
Communication outside the order chat increases the risk of fraud
