Mining reports and data exports

An overview of available mining reports and data exports, including their contents, structure, and download options.

Worker performance report

Benefits:

The worker performance report provides detailed analytics for all connected devices (workers) involved in mining.

You can use it to:

  • Monitor how reliably your hardware runs

  • Track hashrate over different time intervals

  • Identify inefficient or disconnected workers

  • Analyze the percentage of rejected shares (reject rate)

  • Assess device uptime (operating time)

  • Decide how to optimize mining and resolve issues

The report is especially useful if you have many workers or mining farms.

Supported periods

You can generate a report for these time ranges:

  • 1 day

  • 7 days

  • 30 days

  • 60 days

  • 90 days

Export formats

You can download the report in these formats:

  • CSV (default)

  • Excel

What does the report look like?

The report is a table with one row for each worker.

Field descriptions:

  1. User (User)
    The name of the account linked to the worker.

  2. Worker group (Worker group)
    The name of the group the worker belongs to, if you use groups.

  3. Worker status (Worker status)
    The device's current status:

    • Active — running

    • Offline — inactive or disconnected

  4. Coin (Coin)
    The coin the worker mines.

  5. Hashrate Avg 10 min (Average hashrate over 10 minutes)
    Shows the worker's current performance over the last ten minutes.

  6. Hashrate Avg 1 Hour (Average hashrate over 1 hour)
    Shows the worker's current performance over the last hour.

  7. Hashrate Avg 24 Hours (Average hashrate over 24 hours)
    Shows the worker's current performance over 24 hours.

  8. Reject rate 30 mins (Percentage of rejected shares over 30 minutes)
    The percentage of shares the pool doesn't accept over 30 minutes.
    A high value may indicate network or hardware issues.

  9. Reject rate lifetime (Overall percentage of rejected shares)
    The percentage of rejected shares over the account's entire lifetime.

  10. Last Submit (Last submission)
    The time of the last submitted share.
    Helps you determine whether the worker is currently active.

  11. Online time 1 day (Operating time over 1 day, in hours)
    The number of hours the worker was online over the last day.

  12. Online time 7 days (Operating time over 7 days, in hours)

  13. Online time 30 days (Operating time over 30 days, in hours)

  14. Online time 60 days (Operating time over 60 days, in hours)

  15. Online time 90 days (Operating time over 90 days, in hours)

Fields 11–15 help you assess how reliably your hardware runs over different time periods.

How do I request an export?

Web version

  1. In the navigation menu on the left, go to Workers

  2. Click Download report

  3. Select:

  • Account

  • Coin

  • Period

  • File format

  • Click Export

We send the completed report to your account's email address within 30 minutes.

Mobile app

The export feature will be available in future versions of the mobile app.

Mining rewards report

Benefits

The mining rewards report provides detailed information about your mining earnings.

You can use it to:

  • Track daily earnings

  • Analyze profits for different coins

  • Understand which reward system applies

  • View earnings in both cryptocurrency and your selected fiat currency

  • Assess changes in earnings over the selected period

  • Use the data for financial accounting and reporting

Supported periods

You can generate a report for any period:

  • Starting from 1 day

  • For your entire mining history

Export formats

These file formats are available:

  • CSV

  • Excel (XLS)

Available display currencies

You can select a fiat currency to display your earnings:

  • USD

  • EUR

This lets you view your actual earnings for each day in dollars, euros, or rubles, for example.

Important: The exchange rate in the report is for reference only. We use it to estimate earnings in your selected fiat currency. This value doesn't represent actual rewards or payouts in that currency.

What does the report look like?

The report is a table with a daily breakdown.

Field descriptions:

  1. Date (Date)
    The date we credit the rewards, broken down by day.

  2. Username (Username)
    The account that receives the earnings.

  3. Coin (Coin)
    The cryptocurrency in which we credit rewards.

  4. Hashrate (Hashrate)
    The performance we use to calculate earnings.

  5. User income (User earnings)
    The amount earned in the selected coin, such as BTC.

  6. Income type (Earnings type)
    Contains information about:

    • The reward system, such as FPPS+

    • The reward type

  7. Exchange (Exchange rate)
    The cryptocurrency's exchange rate against your selected fiat currency, such as USD.

  8. Total income (Total earnings)
    Total earnings converted to your selected fiat currency (USD, EUR, or RUB).

How do I request an export?

Web version

  1. In the navigation menu, go to History

  1. Open the Rewards tab and click Export

  1. Select the report settings:

  • Data type: rewards

  • Account

  • Coin

  • Period (date)

  • Currency (USD, EUR, or RUB)

  • File format

  1. Click Send

We send the completed file to your account's email address within 30 minutes.

In the email, click Download (Download report)

Mobile app

  1. Go to History

  2. Tap Download

  3. Specify the report settings:
    • Account
    • Coin
    • Period
    • Currency (USD, EUR)
    • File format

We send the file to your account's email address within 30 minutes.

In the email, tap Download (Download report)

Mining payouts report

Benefits

The mining payouts report provides complete information about mining payouts that have gone through.

You can use it to:

  • Track your full payout history

  • Check that payouts are correct

  • Access blockchain transaction links

  • Distinguish payouts from your main account and subaccounts

  • Use the data for financial accounting and auditing

The report is especially useful for tracking fund movements and confirming payouts.

Supported periods

You can generate a report for any period:

  • Starting from 1 day

  • For your entire mining history

Export formats

These file formats are available:

  • CSV

  • Excel (XLS)

What does the report look like?

    The payout date, broken down by day.

  2. Username (Username)
    The account the payout comes from.

  3. Coin (Coin)
    The cryptocurrency used for the payout.

  4. User income (Payout amount)
    The payout amount in the selected coin, such as BTC.

  5. Blockchain link (Blockchain link)
    A link to the blockchain transaction.
    Appears if the payout goes to an external wallet.

  6. Is_subaccount (Subaccount)
    Indicates whether the payout belongs to a subaccount:

    • True — subaccount

    • False — main account

How do I request an export?

Web version

  1. In the navigation menu, go to History

  2. Open the Payouts tab and click Export

  3. Select the report settings:
    • Data type: payouts

    • Account

    • Coin
    • Period (date)

    • File format

  4. Click Download history

We send the completed file to your account's email address within 30 minutes.

In the email, click Download (Download report)

Mobile app

  1. Go to History

  2. Tap Export

  3. Specify the report settings:
    • Account
    • Coin
    • Period
    • File format

  4. Tap Download history

We send the file to your account's email address within 30 minutes.

In the email, tap Download (Download report)

Mining history report through a Watcher link

Open the Watcher link in your browser and go to Workers.

Click Export history to access two report types:

1. Rewards and payouts

In this report, you can select:

  • Data type:

    • Rewards

    • Payouts

    • Rewards and payouts together

  • The period to export

  • Currency (USD, EUR, RUB, or no currency display)

  • Coin

  • Export format (Excel or CSV)

    ​2. Worker performance report In this report, you can select:

    • Coin

    • Period:

      • 1 day

      • 7 days

      • 30 days

      • 60 days

      • 90 days

    • File format (Excel or CSV)

    After selecting the settings, click Download workers report. The worker performance history file downloads through your browser.
