Setting up device status notifications
Learn how to set up notifications when devices connect or disconnect
Notifications about your ASIC miners help you respond quickly to issues, minimize downtime, and keep your hardware running reliably.
You can receive notifications in three ways:

Setting up device status notifications by email
To set up device status notifications by email, follow these steps:
In the EMCD Mining app
Tap Profile at the bottom of the app's home screen
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Notifications
Go to Email notifications
Move the toggle next to Mining statuses until it turns purple
On emcd.io
Under Email notifications, find Mining statuses and move the toggle on the right until it turns purple
Setting up device status notifications through push notifications (pushes)
This feature is only available in the app — you receive notifications on your phone through it:
Tap Profile at the bottom of the app's home screen
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Notifications
Go to Push notifications
Move the toggle next to Mining statuses until it turns purple
Setting up device status notifications in Telegram
To set up notifications when your ASIC miners disconnect or connect in Telegram, follow these steps:
In the EMCD app
Tap Profile at the bottom of the app's home screen
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Notifications
Go to Telegram notifications
Move the toggle next to Mining statuses to the right to open the Telegram bot linking menu
In Telegram, find our bot by its username, @emcdbot
Enter the /start command in the chat and copy the unique nine-digit code
Return to our app and paste the code into the Linking code field, then tap Link devices
Then confirm the link in the message our Telegram bot sends you. This enables notifications
If you've already linked Telegram but want to switch to another account, contact our support team in the chat or email [email protected]
On emcd.io
Find Telegram notifications and click Link Telegram
A window opens where you need to paste the code from our Telegram bot. To open the bot, click Open bot ➡, use the link https://telegram.me/emcdbot, or search for @emcdbot
Enter the /start command in the chat and copy the unique nine-digit code
Return to our website, paste the code from the bot into the input field, and click Confirm
Then confirm the link in the message our Telegram bot sends you. This enables notifications
