Mining reports and data exports

Overview of available mining reports and data exports, including their content, structure, and how to download them.

Worker Performance Report

Value:

The Worker Performance Report provides detailed analytics on all connected devices (workers) involved in mining.

With this report, you can:

  • monitor equipment stability;

  • track hashrate across different time intervals;

  • identify inefficient or offline workers;

  • analyze rejected share rate (reject rate);

  • evaluate uptime of devices;

  • make decisions to optimize mining operations and resolve issues.

This report is especially useful for users with a large number of workers or mining farms.

Supported periods:

The following time ranges are available for generating the report:

  • 1 day

  • 7 days

  • 30 days

  • 60 days

  • 90 days

Export formats:

The report can be downloaded in the following formats:

  • CSV (default)

  • Excel

What the report looks like

The report is presented as a table, where each row corresponds to an individual worker.

Field Description:

User

The name of the account to which the worker is linked.

Worker group

The name of the group the worker is assigned to (if grouping is used).

Worker status

The current state of the device:

  • Active — operating

  • Offline — inactive / disconnected

Coin

The cryptocurrency mined by the worker.

Hashrate Avg 10 min (Average hashrate over 10 minutes)

Shows the worker’s current performance over the last ten minutes.

Hashrate Avg 1 Hour (Average hashrate over 1 hour)

Shows the worker’s performance over the last hour.

Hashrate Avg 24 Hours (Average hashrate over 24 hours)

Shows the worker’s performance over the last 24 hours.

Reject rate 30 mins (Rejected share rate over 30 minutes)

The percentage of shares rejected by the pool over the last 30 minutes.

A high value may indicate network or hardware issues.

Reject rate lifetime (Total rejected share rate)

The percentage of rejected shares over the entire lifetime of the account.

Last Submit

The time of the last submitted share.

Helps determine whether the worker is currently active.

Online time 1 day (Uptime over 1 day, hours)

How many hours the worker was online over the past 24 hours.

Online time 7 days (Uptime over 7 days, hours)

Online time 30 days (Uptime over 30 days, hours)

Online time 60 days (Uptime over 60 days, hours)

Online time 90 days (Uptime over 90 days, hours)

Fields 11–15 help evaluate equipment stability across different time periods.

How to request an export

Web version

  1. In the left navigation menu, go to the “Mining” section

2. Open the “Workers” tab

3. Click the “Export report” button

4. Select:

  • account

  • coin

  • time period

  • file format

5. Click “Export”

The completed report will be sent to the account’s email address within 30 minutes.

Mobile application

The export feature will be available in upcoming versions of the mobile application.

Mining Rewards Report

Value:

The Mining Rewards Report provides detailed information about income earned from mining operations.

With this report, you can:

  • track daily income;

  • analyze profit across different coins;

  • understand the reward system being used;

  • view earnings in both cryptocurrency and a selected fiat currency;

  • assess income dynamics over a chosen period;

  • use the data for financial accounting and reporting.

Supported periods:

The report can be generated for any period:

  • from 1 day

  • for the entire mining history

Export formats:

The following file formats are available:

  • CSV

  • Excel (XLS)

Available display currencies:

You can choose a fiat currency for income display:

  • USD

  • EUR

  • RUB

This allows you to view actual income, for example in dollars, euros, or rubles per day.

Important: The exchange rate shown in the report is for reference purposes only and is used for approximate calculation of income in the selected fiat currency. It does not represent actual accruals or payouts in that currency.

What the report looks like:

The report is presented as a table broken down by days.

Field Description:

Date

The date of accrual (broken down by day).

Username

The account to which the income is credited.

Coin

The cryptocurrency in which the reward is paid.

Hashrate

The performance (hashrate) used to calculate the income.

User income

The amount of income in the selected cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC).

Income type

Contains information about:

  • the reward system (e.g., FPPS+)

  • the type of payout / accrual

Exchange

The exchange rate of the cryptocurrency to the selected fiat currency (e.g., USD).

Total income

The total income converted into the selected fiat currency (USD, EUR, or RUB).

How to request an export

Web version

  1. In the navigation menu, go to the “Mining” section

2. Open the “Rewards” tab

3. Click the table icon located to the right of the date selector

4.Select report parameters:

  • data type: accruals

  • account

  • coin

  • time period (date range)

  • currency (USD, EUR, or RUB)

  • file format

5.Click “Download history”

The generated file will be sent to the account’s email address within 30 minutes.

In the email, click the “Download report” button.

Mobile application

  1. Go to the “Mining” section

  2. Open the “Rewards” (Accruals) tab

3.Tap “Export”

4. Select report parameters:

  • account

  • coin

  • period

  • currency (USD, EUR, or RUB)

  • file format

5. Tap “Download history”

The file will be sent to the account’s email address within 30 minutes.

In the email, click the “Download report” button.

Mining Payouts Report

Value:

The Mining Payouts Report provides complete information about actual payments made for mining rewards.

With this report, you can:

  • track the history of all payouts;

  • verify payout accuracy;

  • access blockchain transaction links;

  • distinguish payments between main accounts and sub-accounts;

  • use the data for financial accounting and auditing.

This report is especially useful for monitoring fund movements and confirming that payouts were successfully made.

Supported periods:

The report can be generated for any period:

  • from 1 day

  • for the entire mining history

Export formats:

The following file formats are available:

  • CSV

  • Excel (XLS)

What the report looks like:

The report is presented as a table broken down by days.

Field Description:

Date

The date when the payout was made (broken down by day).

Username

The account from which the payout was issued.

Coin

The cryptocurrency used for the payout.

User income

The payout amount in the selected cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC).

Blockchain link

A link to the blockchain transaction.

Displayed if the payout was sent to an external wallet.

Is_subaccount

Indicates whether the payout belongs to a subaccount:

  • True — subaccount

  • False — main account

How to request an export

Web version

  1. In the navigation menu, go to the “Mining” section

2. Open the “Payouts” tab

3. Click the table icon located to the right of the date selector

4. Select report parameters:

  • data type: payouts

  • account

  • coin

  • time period (date range)

  • file format

5. Click “Download history”

The generated file will be sent to the account’s email address within 30 minutes.

In the email, click the “Download report” (Download report) button.

Mobile application

  1. Go to the “Mining” section

  2. Open the “Payouts” tab

2. Tap “Export”

3. Specify the report parameters:

  • account

  • coin

  • time period

  • file format

4. Tap “Download history”

The file will be sent to the account’s email address within 30 minutes.

In the email, tap the “Download report” button.
