After connecting to EMCD, your worker will appear in your account within 20 minutes. Once it’s detected, the device is assigned one of 3 statuses.
ACTIVE
A worker is considered active if it consistently submits shares to the pool without rejects over several hours. The indicator for such a worker is green.

UNSTABLE
This status is assigned in two cases.
1. When the hashrate changes резко and significantly
For example, when the device connects or disconnects and the hashrate jumps from 0 to 100%, or when there is a spike in rejected shares.
When you first connect your worker or switch stratum servers, it may appear as unstable. This is because the worker is synchronizing with the pool during the first hour. After that, it will move to the active status.
2. When the reject rate is consistently above normal
For example, if a worker has been running for several hours with a reject rate of 15% or higher.
A high reject rate can be caused by several factors.
1. Network latency
Delays in the network can affect how quickly data is sent from your worker to the pool.
2. Stale or invalid shares
Late or invalid shares can increase the number of rejects.
3. Firmware fees
Some firmware may introduce additional rejects due to built-in fees.
A reject rate of up to 2% is considered excellent, and небольшие fluctuations in hashrate are normal during mining.
If the reject rate increases, it may indicate issues with your worker settings or internet connection.
We recommend checking the stability of your connection to the stratum servers using a ping test tool — you can download one via the link.
Unstable workers indicator is shown in yellow.
OFFLINE
A worker is considered offline if it hasn’t submitted any shares to the pool for 1 hour. The indicator for an offline worker is red.
If you’ve disconnected a worker from the pool and want to remove it from the list, simply don’t reconnect it. The worker will automatically disappear after 24 hours of inactivity — no manual action is needed.
If mining status notifications are enabled in your account, you’ll receive a push, SMS, or Telegram alert whenever the status changes.
